   No code, no charge

   If nothing arrives inside the lease window the number is released and your wallet is credited back automatically. You are never charged for a code you did not get.

Before you buy

What does a number cost?

Pricing is per number and charged once from a prepaid wallet — no subscription, no minimum, no per-message fee. The dashboard shows the live figure for every service and country, and that figure is what you are charged.

How quickly does the code arrive?

Usually within seconds of the platform sending it. We poll upstream continuously rather than on a schedule, so the message appears as soon as it exists — there is nothing to refresh.

What happens if no code ever arrives?

You are refunded automatically. Every number is leased for a fixed window; if no SMS lands inside it, the number is released and the full amount is credited back to your wallet without you asking for it.

Can I keep the number, or reuse it later?

No — each number is leased for one verification and then returns to the pool. Treat it as a way through a signup gate, not as a recovery method for an account you care about keeping.

Do I need a subscription or a minimum balance?

Neither. You top the wallet up by card or crypto and spend it a number at a time. There is no recurring charge and no floor on what you can hold.

Do you keep the number or the message afterwards?

The number goes back to the pool at the end of its lease. The received code and message body are kept for 24 hours so you can re-read them, then permanently purged.
