Affiliate Program Terms

Last updated July 28, 2026

These terms govern participation in the otp.black affiliate program. They sit on top of our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which continue to apply to your account. By submitting an affiliate application you agree to be bound by them.

1.Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, hold an otp.black account in good standing, and be legally able to enter into a contract. Participation is one affiliate account per person or entity. Operating multiple accounts to accumulate codes, to self-refer, or to work around a suspension is a breach of these terms and of our Terms of Service.

Submitting an application reserves your chosen code but does not approve you. Applications are reviewed and approval is not automatic. Until an application is approved, links carrying your code attribute nobody. We may decline an application without giving a reason.

2.How referrals are attributed

Attribution is decided by the system, not by negotiation. The rules below describe exactly how it behaves.

  • Following your link stores a referral cookie in the visitor’s browser that lasts 7 days. If they do not create an account within that period, the click expires and earns nothing.
  • If a visitor follows several affiliate links before signing up, the most recent link wins. Each click replaces the one before it.
  • Attribution is fixed at the moment the account is created and cannot be changed afterwards — not by you, not by the referred user, and not on request.
  • An account that already exists cannot be attributed retroactively. A referral only ever comes from a new signup.
  • A visitor who clears cookies, uses a different browser or device, or blocks cookies may sign up unattributed. This is a property of the web, not a decision we make, and it is not grounds for a retroactive adjustment.
  • You cannot refer yourself. Signups we identify as self-referral are rejected, and signups sharing identifiable characteristics with the affiliate may be flagged for review before any commission is treated as earned.

3.Commission

You earn a percentage of each qualifying wallet top-up made by a referred user for a set window running from the date they signed up. Commission is calculated on the amount funded, not on individual number purchases, and there is no cap on the number of referrals or the total you can earn.

  • Your current commission rate and earning window are shown in your dashboard. They are the operative figures; any rate quoted elsewhere is descriptive.
  • The earning window is stamped on each referral when it is created. Later changes to the program terms apply to new referrals and do not re-date or extend referrals you already hold.
  • Top-ups made after a referral's window has closed do not earn commission, and neither do top-ups made while your affiliate account is paused or terminated.
  • We may vary rates, windows, and other terms for individual affiliates, and we may change the published program terms for future referrals at any time.
  • Only completed, settled top-ups qualify. Promotional credit, adjustments, refunded amounts, and balances we issue ourselves do not.

4.Reversals and holding periods

Commission is earned on money that stays paid. Where a top-up is refunded, reversed, or charged back, the corresponding commission is reversed by an equal amount and deducted from your balance. Where the reversal exceeds your balance, the shortfall is carried against future earnings.

Because a card payment can be disputed long after it settles, commission funded by card is subject to a holding period before it becomes withdrawable. Commission funded by cryptocurrency is not exposed to the same risk and becomes withdrawable sooner. The holding period applied to each entry is recorded when it is earned and is visible in your dashboard; a later change to the program does not re-date commission already earned.

5.Prohibited conduct

The program is for genuine recommendation. You expressly agree not to:

  • Refer yourself, or arrange for referrals from accounts you control, direct, or are connected to.
  • Generate signups or top-ups that are fraudulent, automated, incentivised, or otherwise not the free decision of a real user — including paid-to-signup schemes, giveaways contingent on signing up, and cashback or rebate offers funded from your commission.
  • Send spam, unsolicited email, unsolicited messages, or bulk posts to promote your link, or promote it anywhere the platform's own rules forbid it.
  • Bid on "otp.black", "otp black", or confusingly similar terms in paid search, or run ads that could be mistaken for our own.
  • Register domains, social handles, or app listings that impersonate the brand or are likely to be confused with it.
  • Misrepresent the service — including inventing prices, guarantees, success rates, features, or endorsements, or presenting the service as suitable for activity our Terms of Service prohibit.
  • Stuff cookies, force clicks, use hidden iframes or redirects, or otherwise set the referral cookie without a deliberate action by the visitor.
  • Promote the service in a way that breaches any applicable law, advertising standard, or third-party platform's terms, including failing to disclose the commercial relationship where disclosure is required.

We may withhold, reverse, or forfeit commission connected to conduct in this section, and we may close the affiliate account and the associated user account.

6.Payouts

You request payouts yourself, from your dashboard, once your available balance meets the minimum. Available balance means commission that has cleared its holding period and has not already been paid out.

  • The minimum payout is $10.00. Requests below it are refused.
  • You may take a payout as otp.black wallet credit, or as USDT on the TRC20, ERC20, or BEP20 chain. Wallet credit is applied to your balance and is spendable on the service; it is not redeemable for cash.
  • One payout may be open at a time. A new request can be made once the previous one has settled.
  • For USDT payouts you are solely responsible for supplying a correct receiving address and the matching chain. We send to the address and chain recorded on the request.
  • A payment sent to an address or chain you supplied incorrectly is not recoverable and will not be reissued. Blockchain transfers are final. Check both before you submit.
  • USDT payouts are reviewed and sent manually, so they do not settle instantly. Network fees may be deducted from the amount sent.
  • We may withhold a payout while a review, dispute, chargeback, or suspected breach of these terms is outstanding.

7.Suspension and termination

We may pause or terminate an affiliate account at any time, and the two are deliberately different:

  • Paused: your links stop producing new referrals and no new commission accrues. Commission you have already earned remains yours and stays payable under these terms.
  • Terminated: your links stop producing new referrals, no new commission accrues, and no further payouts are made.
  • Where we determine that commission arose from fraud, self-referral, or another serious breach of section 5, that commission is forfeited and any pending payout is cancelled.

You may leave the program at any time by asking us to close your affiliate account. A balance that has cleared its holding period and was earned in compliance with these terms remains payable, subject to the minimum in section 6.

8.Taxes

You are responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any tax due on amounts you earn through the program, and for any withholding, registration, or filing your jurisdiction requires. Amounts are paid gross. We do not provide tax advice, and nothing in the program creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between us. You are an independent contractor and may not hold yourself out as authorised to bind or speak for otp.black.

9.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the “last updated” date above and, where the change affects how you earn or are paid, notify active affiliates by email or in the dashboard before it takes effect. Changes apply going forward: they do not alter the rate or window already stamped on referrals you hold, or re-date commission already earned. Continuing in the program after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10.Contact

Questions about the program or these terms can be sent to [email protected]. Where these terms conflict with our general Terms of Service, these terms govern the affiliate program and the Terms of Service govern everything else.
